You will have 30 minutes to check out cleaners work and if for some reason you are not happy with cleaners performance we request you to ask the cleaner to stop the work and leave. All our cleaners are aware of our money back guarantee program and they will not ask you any question about your decision. Once you have stopped the job we request you to contact us and either ask us for the refund or to arrange an alternative cleaner. Whatever you wish to do we will action on it accordingly.
